Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
Voodoo Entertainment Ltd Ltd has this Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy in place in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to safeguarding the privacy of your data whilst providing a personalised and valuable service.
1. Booking Terms
1.1. Bookings can only be accepted on receipt of an appropriate payment
1.2. We regret that we are unable to make any changes to your booking on the day of the event.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
2.1. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in any event, and can only be accepted by the party organiser.
2.2. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase (unless otherwise written) and must be for the amount stated. The amount stated also includes VAT at the current rate. Where a full payment is required, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in any event
2.3. In cases where a deposit is first requested, this will be stated along with the final amount and payment due dates.
2.4. When making payment you must be the bill payer of whichever method of payment you choose to use or you must have the bill payer’s permission to make such payment.
2.5. When your payment has been received, we will send you an email as confirmation of our acceptance of your booking or ticket purchase.
2.6. This information shall be sent to the e-mail address supplied by you on the online booking form or over the phone.
2.7. We reserve the right to reject or cancel your purchase of a ticket, booth or seating area at our sole discretion and if this situation occurs we will notify you by email and a phone call and refund you appropriately.
2.8. Tickets are non-refundable and none transferable and will become void if re-sold.
If cancellation is made it is within 30 days of the event then there is no refund although we may move your booking to another event of equivalent value if there is availability
2.9. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing to head office. We do not accept cancellations over the telephone.
2.10. In the event of a cancelled performance, patrons will first be offered the opportunity to exchange tickets for another performance; if there are no alternative tickets or if the patron is not able to attend an alternative performance the full purchase cost of the ticket will be refunded via the original payment method.
2.11. If you fail to turn up on the event there is no refund or exchange applicable for tickets, booths or areas. If you miss the start time/departure times of any of our events such as boat parties for any reason, including and not-restricted to transport delays, traffic or unable to find parking, there will be strictly no refund or ticket exchange available. We advise that you make your journey to the event address safely and in plenty of time.
2.12. The Customer will not use any or part of a package (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Tickets) as prizes in competitions, sweepstakes, raffles, draws or for other similar commercial, promotional or charitable purposes without Asiana Events Ltd's prior written consent.
3. Venue/Event Conditions
3.1. Our events are subject to various entry requirements in relation to:
- Dress Code
- Minimum Age
- Latest Entry Time
- Valid photo I.D being available
- Male to female ratio of the group
- Patrons not being intoxicated upon arrival
- Rude or abusive behaviour towards door staff, bar staff, security or other customers
- Previous rude or abusive behaviour towards door staff, bar staff, security or other customers.
3.2. You or your guests may not be allowed entry if you fail to adhere to the above or if the venue cites health and safety reasons for not allowing you entry.
3.3. Voodoo Entertainment Ltd will not be liable to you or your guests for any costs or expenses, including travel and or accommodation, which you may incur as a result of failing to comply with the above entry restrictions. In addition to the above, entry is still at the venue management’s discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that when you purchase tickets or book an area or booth, that you are aware of the above restrictions and have forwarded the entry requirements onto the guests that you have invited. If you are in any doubt please contact us and if we are able to we will be happy to help.
3.4. The Customer is responsible for its guests and will procure that its guests comply with these Conditions (where relevant) and with any rules, licensing authorities, regulations and directions set down by Asiana Events Ltd, the Event organiser and/or the Venue owner including, without limitation, any and all conditions of sale applicable to Tickets.
3.5. For the safety of the Customer, its Guests and others, the Customer must follow all reasonable directions given to it by Voodoo Entertainment Ltd agents at the event
3.6. The Customer shall (and shall ensure its Guests shall):
- not use any part of the venue for any business purpose other than entertainment or hospitality;
- not display any branding, signage or other commercial identification at the venue:
- not use the venue or access to the venue for the purpose of bookmaking;
- not bring any food or drinks into the venue unless purchased from a caterer at the venue;
- comply with any dress code
3.7. The Customer shall be responsible for ensuring the good and orderly behaviour of its guests whilst at the venue and event and shall ensure that they do not behave in such a way as to cause (in Seller's opinion) any offence, nuisance, damage, disturbance, annoyance, interference or inconvenience to Voodoo Entertainment Ltd or to any other users of the Venue. Voodoo Entertainment Ltd and/or the authorised staff of the Event organiser or the Venue may, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that Voodoo Entertainment Ltd has, remove the Customer and/or any Guest that Voodoo Entertainment Ltd believes are behaving in such an unruly way from the Venue and/or the Event.
3.8. The Customer acknowledges that Voodoo Entertainment Ltd and/or the authorised staff of the Event organiser or the Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to the Customer and/or any Guest, or to remove the Customer and/or any Guest from the Venue and/or the Event, temporarily or permanently when they reasonably believe that such individual is intoxicated or if granted entry will be disruptive to the enjoyment, comfort and/or safety of others or will commit an offence or will otherwise not comply with these Conditions;
3.9. As a minimum, smart casual attire is required in the facilities at the Venue and the event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person wearing inappropriate items of clothing and/or footwear or to require any such person to leave the Venue. Specific advice in relation to dress code will be included in the event information section of any hospitality documentation sent to the Customer.
3.10 Where drinks are bought on a consumption basis, returns of open bottles of wine, spirits, and part kegs of draught beer and lager cannot be accepted.
3.11. Voodoo Entertainment Ltd accepts no responsibility for personal possessions brought into the Venue by the Customer or its guests.
3.12. Prior consent of the Voodoo Entertainment Ltd must be sought for any entertainment or services which the Customer wishes to provide within the Venue for the benefit of itself, or Guests
3.13. A breach by the Customer of our terms and conditions shall entitle Voodoo Entertainment Ltd to terminate the Contract without refund to the Customer.
3.14. The Customer shall indemnify Voodoo Entertainment Ltd in full against and hold Voodoo Entertainment Ltd harmless from all claims, costs, damages, liabilities, expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) demands and judgements awarded against or incurred or paid by Voodoo Entertainment Ltd as a result of or in connection with any and all acts or omissions of the Customer, its guests, employees, agents or subcontractors including but not limited to acts or omissions at the Event and damage caused to the Venue by the Customer or its guests
4. Information We Collect
4.1. In order to purchase tickets or book a seating area through Voodoo Entertainment Ltd you must provide your name, address, phone number and email address. You must also provide your credit card or debit card details. This required information is necessary for us to process the transaction through your card issuer while at the same time protecting you against credit card fraud and also allows us to be able to contact you should the need arise. We do not store any card details.
4.2. The financial information that you provide is used by our merchant bank providers authorise payment for table booking services and the sale of ticket. When you make a purchase through Voodoo Entertainment Ltd your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to our merchant account providers who are associated with us in order to process your transaction. This may also include the exchange of information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
4.3. Please note that by accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to your personal information being processed by our merchant account providers.
4.4. The only personal information stored by Voodoo Entertainment Ltd is your email address and phone number in order that our service can be offered as effectively as possible and also allows us to be able to contact you should the need arise.
We may also use this data for the following 2 purposes only:
1) Sending you details of Voodoo Entertainment Ltd competitions.
2) Sending you our weekly Voodoo Entertainment Ltd newsletter.
Voodoo Entertainment Ltd we will never share your email address or phone number with any other third parties.

4.5. Voodoo Entertainment Ltd is committed to handling your information with high standards of information security and for this reason we do not store any of the credit card or debit card details that you have supplied to us for the sale of tickets or deposits for table / booth bookings.

5. Miscellaneous
5.1. Asiana Events Ltdvwill take every care to honour commitments, but reserves the right to amend or alter all or part of the programme of Voodoo Entertainment Ltd and regret that they will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations.
5.2. Voodoo Entertainment Ltd does not accept any liability & shall not be liable for non-completion of the event, or for any delays arising as a result of;-
Strikes, Riots or Lockouts affecting any trade with which Voodoo Entertainment Ltd is concerned, adverse weather conditions, loss, damage or cancellation due to Fire, Flood, local authority licencing changes, or any other cause beyond its control.
5.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and in the unlikely event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The liability of Voodoo Entertainment Ltd in respect of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including any applied Terms shall not extend to any consequential loss whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.
5.4. Dates and timings are subject to licensing approval.
5.5. It must be appreciated that labour, entertainment and certain food items must be booked and paid for in advance.
5.6. We accept all bookings in good faith, but reserve the right to amend all or part of the advertised programme and regret they cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions or cancellations.
5.7. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for inclement weather affecting your attendance of any function.
