Covid-19 Information

Following the recent update by the UK Government, we are pleased to confirm that our New Year's Eve Masquerade Gala will be going ahead as planned. 
Below we have outlined the current guidelines we must follow to keep all our guests safe:

Face coverings for guests are not required, however, it is entirely up to you as to whether you decide to wear them. We appreciate that it is not practical to keep removing face coverings to eat and drink. 

You are required to present an NHS Covid Pass upon arrival. Your pass will be scanned on entry for one of the following certifications: Vaccine Status, Negative Test Result (taken within 48 hours of the event), Covid ImmunityPlease also bring valid ID such as a Driving License or Passport.

YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A VALID VACCINE STATUS CERTIFICATE OR SHOW PROOF OF A NEGATIVE TEST RESULT (TAKEN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE EVENT).

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR LATERAL FLOW TEST WITH YOU. THIS MUST BE LOGGED VIA THE GOVERNMENT WEBSITE: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result

If you are travelling from abroad to attend this event, please ensure you comply with the UK Government regulations.

Please rest assured, all event spaces now undergo enhanced sanitisation with hand sanitisers available throughout the hotel, lobby and Grand Ballroom.

If you are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, we urge you to follow the guidelines on self-isolation and testing. We recommend taking regular lateral flow tests to help manage the ongoing risk of transmission.

We recognise that everyone has a personal choice however, we are working within the Government guidelines and this is an important part of our revised measures to help ensure the safety of all guests.

Whilst we and our suppliers are making every provision to protect our guests, we are not responsible for the health and safety of those visiting this event and we encourage you to follow safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions.
